ROCKPORT RV RESORT – RATES

 ALL TRANSACTIONS REQUIRE A VALID ID

RV SITES:

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE: $100 for daily and $200 for weekly or longer stays. There will be a penalty for cancellation of one half of the deposit if cancelled more than 30 days from arrival,  and the full deposit will be forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days of arrival.  If reserved and cancelled in less than 30 days, one half of the deposit will be forfeited.  The forfeited money may be used as park credit for future stays.

 PRICES ARE FOR 2 PERSON PER RV. CHILDREN UNDER 18 ARE FREE. ADDITIONAL GUESTS OVER 18 YEARS ARE $25/PERSON FOR DAILY/WEEKLY GUESTS AND $35/PERSON FOR MONTHLY GUESTS

$470 /month + electric for a 30 AMP RV’s.

$470 /month + electric for a 50 AMP RV’s.

$520 /month + electric for a 655 sqf Pad, with Concrete Patio

$270 /weekly + electric for 30 AMP RV’s.

$270 /weekly + electric for 50 AMP RV’s.

$295 /weekly + electric for 655 sqf Pad, with Concrete Patio

$75/day for 30 AMP, includes electric.

$75/day for 50 AMP, includes electric.

$90/day includes electric, 655 sqf Pad, with Concrete Patio

All above include full hook-ups. Electricity is 15 cents/kwh.


 




Miscellaneous Costs:

Washer $3.00, Dryer $2.50 These are 7.5 Cubic Foot, nearly twice the regular units.

Electric is 15 cents/kwh.


Extra Vehicle $25/month or $10/day.

Covered Car Storage Available for $40/month or $15/day.  

Covered RV Storage is available for an additional $150/month or $25/day

On Furnished Suites, all have a Cleaning Fee from $25-$150. If left in poor condition additional fees may apply.

Indoor Storage Available upon Request.
